Hosted by Heartbeat of Toledo, this annual holiday gathering brings together local businesses, community members, and generous supporters for an unforgettable experience filled with festive charm.

When and Where
Join us on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Hilton Garden Inn, located in the heart of Levis Commons in Perrysburg, Ohio. The venue is festive, centrally located, and ideal for a relaxing day of holiday cheer and charitable giving.
What to Expect
From the moment you walk through the doors, you’ll be immersed in a lively holiday atmosphere. Dozens of carefully selected local vendors will be showcasing handcrafted gifts, home goods, fashion, accessories, specialty treats, and more. It’s the perfect place to jumpstart your holiday shopping while supporting small businesses in our region.
The experience doesn’t stop at shopping, guests will also enjoy a delicious sit-down lunch, entertainment, and festive surprises throughout the day. A silent auction, gift card tree, and wine pull add extra excitement and opportunities to support Heartbeat of Toledo’s mission.
Tickets and Early Bird Specials
Tickets for the event are $35 and include access to the vendor showcase, lunch, and entertainment.
Guests who register before October 1 will receive a special early bird discount, bringing the price down to just $25. With over 400 attendees expected, early registration is strongly encouraged to ensure your seat at the table.
Vendor Opportunities
If you’re a local maker, boutique owner, artist, or service provider, Dine N’ Dash is a perfect opportunity to connect with new customers and grow your brand. Sign-up now!
Vendor registration is $65, which includes your event space and access to hundreds of ready-to-shop guests. Vendors also have the option to pre-order lunch for $18 per person. Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage interested businesses to register early. Swag bag contributions are also welcomed and will be distributed to all attendees for added exposure.
Donate to the Silent Auction
The silent auction is one of the most anticipated parts of the event and a key driver of fundraising success.
Businesses and individuals are encouraged to donate gift cards, baskets, products, services, or experiences that can help attract bids and raise funds for the mission.
