Project Update · August 2026 Renovation and pre-opening work are underway as we prepare a safe, welcoming home, with move-in readiness targeted around December 2026, subject to final completion and approvals.

Housing for Today. Hope for Tomorrow.

When a pregnant woman or new mother does not have a safe, stable place to live, even the next day can feel overwhelming. The Heartbeat House is being prepared to offer more than a roof—it will be a welcoming home where mothers and babies can rest, grow and begin building a more stable future.

The home will serve up to two mothers and their infants at one time. Each family will have a private sleeping room and individualized support from a Life Coach/House Manager and Heartbeat staff as she works toward greater stability and independence.

  • A safe, welcoming home where mothers and babies can settle in
  • Parenting education, encouragement and practical life-skills guidance
  • Connections to prenatal, postpartum, pediatric, WIC and other community resources
  • Food, baby supplies, household essentials and thoughtful transition planning

This home is being made ready by a community that believes mothers and babies deserve safety, dignity and hope. Gifts, sponsorships and donated services help prepare the house and make ongoing support possible for the families who will call it home.

One Community. Thousands of Moments of Care.

For more than five decades, Heartbeat’s life-affirming mission has taken shape in thousands of personal moments. We provide information, support and resources to help women and men navigate pregnancy decisions, strengthen families and build healthy relationships—and every volunteer, donor and community partner helps make that care possible.

Some Come for Support. Others Help Make It Possible.

Both are part of Heartbeat’s story. When neighbors give their time, resources or financial support, families can receive compassionate care, practical help and a welcoming place to turn—at no cost.

There is no single right way to help. Volunteer commitments can range from a few hours each week to an hour or two each month, and gifts of every size help parents feel seen, equipped and supported.

Give With Purpose

Your gift helps keep pregnancy services, parenting education, referrals, baby essentials and practical family support free for those who need them.
