The Heartbeat House exists because housing stability changes everything. When a mother knows she and her baby have a safe place to sleep, eat, and heal, fear gives way to hope and outcomes change.

This page outlines meaningful ways for individuals, families, and businesses to step into that mission through sponsorship opportunities that directly support the daily lives of the mothers and infants we serve.

Each level below is designed to be relational, transparent, and impact-driven, offering sponsors a deeper connection to the life-changing work happening inside the Heartbeat House.

Room Sponsors

$10,000 per year

Limited to 15 sponsors

Room Sponsors play a foundational role in the Heartbeat House. Your sponsorship directly helps provide a safe, private, and stable living space for a mother and her baby during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Your support contributes to:

• A secure roof over her head
• A furnished, welcoming bedroom
• Basic room essentials that create dignity and comfort
• A calm, stable environment that supports healthy bonding and recovery

Why this matters:
For many women, fear of homelessness is the single biggest pressure point in pregnancy decisions. Room Sponsors remove that fear tangibly and immediately.

Room Sponsors receive:

• Recognition as a Founding Room Sponsor of the Heartbeat House
• Periodic, de-identified updates about the program and resident outcomes
• Invitations to select behind-the-scenes briefings or small group gatherings
• Opportunities to engage more deeply with the mission through stories, impact updates, and optional volunteer experiences
• The knowledge that your generosity directly sustains the most essential need: safe housing

Kitchen Angels

$5,000 per year

Limited to 5 sponsors

The kitchen is the heart of the home, especially for new mothers. Kitchen Sponsors ensure that the Heartbeat House remains stocked with nutritious food and essential feeding supplies for both moms and babies.

Your sponsorship supports:

• Groceries and household kitchen staples
• Meal preparation for pregnant and postpartum mothers
• Infant nutrition needs, including baby formula

Why this matters:
Baby formula alone can average $1,200–$1,500 per year per infant, depending on dietary needs. For mothers already under financial stress, this cost can be overwhelming. Kitchen Sponsors ensure that no mother has to choose between feeding her baby and meeting another basic need.

Kitchen Sponsors receive:

• Program updates highlighting nutrition and family-care impact

Diaper Deputies

$2,500 per year

Limited to 5 sponsors

Diapers, wipes, and baby care items are constant, unavoidable expenses that add up quickly. Diaper Deputies make sure mothers never have to worry about running out of the basics their babies need every day.

Your sponsorship directly provides:

• Diapers in multiple sizes
• Baby wipes and diaper cream
• Everyday infant hygiene essentials

Why this matters:
A single baby can use 2,500–3,000 diapers in their first year. For families in crisis, this is a significant burden. Diaper Deputies remove that stress and allow moms to focus on bonding, healing, and parenting with confidence.

Diaper Deputies receive:

• Recognition as a Diaper Deputy Sponsor
• Impact updates showing how your support is used throughout the year
• Invitations to Heartbeat donor and community events
• The joy of meeting a simple but powerful need every single day

Baby Care Partners

$500 per year

Baby Care Partners help meet the everyday, always-needed essentials that make caring for an infant possible and dignified, day in and day out.

Your annual gift directly supports:

• Infant clothing basics (onesies, sleepers, socks, seasonal layers)

• Swaddles, sleep sacks, and safe sleep essentials

• Feeding accessories (nipples, pacifiers, burp cloths, bibs)

• Laundry supplies needed for infant care (detergent, stain removers, sanitizers)

• Postpartum care items for mothers (recovery supplies and personal care basics)

Why this matters:
Infant care isn’t a one-time cost… it’s constant. Babies go through diapers, wipes, and care items every single day, and those costs add up quickly. A $500 annual gift helps ensure that no mother in the Heartbeat House ever has to worry about running out of the basics her baby needs.

For moms already dealing with pregnancy or postpartum recovery, removing that stress creates real emotional and financial relief.
